She is the executive producer on much of All Out's output and is proud of All Out's long standing reputation as providers of the highest quality radio in the UK, making unique, thought provoking and exciting radio and she leads a growing team who are known for their innovative ideas and the ability to deliver high quality productions.

Lyndon Saunders - lyndon.saunders@allout.co.uk
Lyndon has had a varied production career, in television, radio and multiplatform. With two Gold Sony awards to his name for radio programmes he made when originally working for All Out in 2002 and 2003, he returned to the company in March 2010 to oversee a share of the company's output but also to work directly on securing digital productions for the company's expanding production portfolio. Having joined after six years in television, Lyndon most recently worked as producer/director on ITV1's hit documentary series The Lakes, as well as series for Living TV and the BBC. He spent four years inhouse for BBC Entertainment working in programme development teams and as associate producer on Strictly Come Dancing and five series of the BBC hit show Dragons' Den. Lyndon has a creativity and passion for productions that merge factual documentary subjects with an entertaining delivery, typified on BBC Two's Comedy Map of Britain. As an original member of the All Out Manchester team, Lyndon's radio credits include the Sony winning Radio 1 rockumentary on artist Badly Drawn Boy, a Five Live investigation in to gang violence and a reactive documentary on 9/11, produced on location in NYC in the days following the event. Out of work he's a keen supporter of Welsh rugby, a Sale Sharks season ticket holder, SCUBA diver and an ageing raver!
Jen Clarke - jennifer.clarke@allout.co.uk
Jen joined All Out in January 2010 on a Work Experience placement. She graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Philosophy and Theology in 2009 and a keen interest to break into the world of radio. Whilst at university Jen was heavily involved with student radio station LSRfm as the Breakfast show producer, presenter, music team member and general radio addict. Jen’s hard work and natural talent paid off when LSRfm won a gold for ‘Best Station Award’ at the Student Radio Awards 2009. After graduating she undertook a one-month placement as a Broadcast Assistant working on the George Lamb Show, then a part-time placement at online, all talk station SunTalk followed by a brief stint as a presenter of ‘The Grapevine’ on Cheshire’s Cat Radio. All of which was a mere prelude to her performance at All Out! After proving her passion and commitment to quality production Jen has been kept on as a Researcher. Whilst at All Out she has worked on several documentaries for Radio 4 including The Ambassador’s Reception and The story of Tito: the Rise and Fall of Yugoslavia; she has also contributed many ideas to All Out’s multi-platform content and has become a valued member of the team here at All Out Towers

Gemma Newby - gemma.newby@allout.co.uk
In October 2007, after a stint in TV production, Gemma decided to pursue her combined passion for radio and journalism and joined All Out on work experience. She produced her own Five Live Report, and first radio programme, in February 2008, which involved a dawn raid on a cannabis farm in West Yorkshire.
Gemma likes to tackle tough stories and she has a passion for science and ethics programmes and a fascination with former war zones. Her programmes have seen her visit Kosovo, Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia, as well as Washington D.C, and most recently Istanbul.
